Charlie Giammattei, the founder of MedTrak, wanted to expand his digital patient engagement platform to be available to dozens of healthcare systems around the country. To do this, he needed to create customized careplans that were both tailored to each clinical practice and that also had a short turnaround time.

But with a process that took 30-35 hours and lead to an overwhelming amount of content for clinicians to review, it seemed like an impossible task. That’s when Charlie met with Vality Partners and found a solution.

With our expertise in streamlining processes, we were able to reduce initial information gathering from 15-20 hours down to just 3-5 hours; compilation from 10 hours down to 2; and review from 5 hours down to 1.

We also integrated a clinician into the workflow in a time effective manner – enabling CareSense to build in house careplans for multiple specialties quickly and easily. The small additional cost paid off tenfold; not only did the platform get up and running faster than ever before, but it also resulted in an output that was much more user friendly for the client team.
